no longer need the item

found something cheaper elsewhere

selected the wrong size, colour, or style

expected a different look due to screen colour, lighting, or photo differences

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and jewellery that has been worn, tried on, damaged, altered, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned unless required by law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

photos or videos of the item

photos of the packaging

a short explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit depending on the situation. Items damaged due to misuse, water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, poor storage, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
