Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, product drops, sales, festive seasons, or bulk order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs apply to all online orders unless a promotion clearly states otherwise. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

Australia Post standard parcel and express parcel options may be available depending on the order size, weight, and delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, Australia Post/courier timeframes, public holidays, weather events, postal delays, and other circumstances outside our control. Express shipping may be available at checkout, but express shipping does not reduce our order processing time. It only applies once the parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel.

Once Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, Avsar Studios is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or delivery issues outside our control. However, if there is an issue with your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

For urgent orders, event orders, or bulk orders, please DM us on Instagram before purchasing. Bulk orders may require extra processing time depending on stock availability, quantity, packaging, and shipping requirements.
